Congratulations to the following Women and their families who were inducted into the Michigan Woman's Hall of Fame on Wednesday, October 21 2009.
*The Family and Community of Margaret Chandler who was inducted as a Historical Honoree.
Margaret was a member of the Little River Band of Odawa Indians.
*Dr. Kay Givens McGowen who was inducted as a Contemporary Honoree.
Kay is a member of the Mississippi Choctaw Tribe.
*Dr.Jessica Rickert, DDS who was inducted as a Contemporary Honoree.
Jessica is a member of the Prairie Band of Potawatomi Nation
